You have earned an undergraduate degree in engineering or natural sciences? Now you want to broaden your perspective with business studies? Then the Master in Management is the right choice for you.
This program is aimed exclusively at engineers and natural scientists. Whether or not you have already gathered professional experience, you will receive a wide range of skills in management, law, economics, and business.
The program usually takes four semesters to be completed. The first two semesters contain compulsory basic courses in management, law, and economics and broaden your international experience. After this introductory phase, you will be able to follow your individual path in the third semester: You have the opportunity to specialize in one of our key academic fields, or you can choose elective courses in management at a partner institution abroad. During the fourth and final semester, you will write your final master’s thesis.
The professional world is changing: Management and industrial processes are increasingly interwoven, and companies no longer think in terms of traditional divisions. Instead, they are looking for people who are not experts in merely one single field but who can build bridges between the cultures of different departments. Therefore, candidates who combine outstanding technical skills with a passion for management are needed.
Our Master in Management program positions you at precisely this interface. You will be able to connect technical aspects with management ones or make decisions in a top leading position that requires an understanding of industrial processes.
