Milan Elmendorf is Research Associate at the Chair of Strategic Management at the TUM School of Management (Technical University of Munich, Campus Heilbronn). He conducts research on the drivers of strategic change. As head of internal affairs, he oversees the internal processes of the chair, including the selection, training, and management of student assistants and visiting scholars.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Paderborn. He received a DAAD scholarship and spent a semester abroad at Oita University, Japan as part of the Asian Studies in Business and Economics (ASBE) program.
He also worked as an intern and student assistant at Volksbank in Gütersloh and FREY Nutrition in Paderborn.
